Pasta salad with spinach
An easy salad with ingredients that you mostly have in your pantry and fridge.
Start cooking the pasta according to the package instructions.Drain and place in the mixing bowl. Pour over 3 tablespoons of olive oil. Stir well and let cool.
Chop the onion and cut the tomatoes into pieces.
Remove the sun-dried tomatoes from the oil and cut them into strips as well.
Keep 3 tbsp of the oil in a separate container.
Finally, cut the grapes in half and add all the chopped ingredients to the pasta. Mix the balsamic vinegar bianco with the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes.
Pour this over the salad and mix it all together. Now add the pine nuts and cheese and the salad is ready to be served.

- 500 grams of pasta
- 200 grams fresh spinach,
- pre-washed 1 red onion
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 6 sun-dried tomatoes
- 100 gr white grapes
- 50 gr pine nuts
- 100 gr grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 tbsp olive oil 3 tbsp
- Balsamic vinegar bianco
