Hamburger
Start by cutting all the ingredients you will use to finish your burger. We used lettuce, cheese, onion and pickle. Place this separately in containers so that you can put it on the table. For 4 large or 5 medium burgers, place all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Wash your hands and knead everything together well. Wash your hands well again afterwards.
Place the frying pan over medium heat and let it heat up. In the meantime, form the meat mixture into 4 or 5 balls. When the pan is up to temperature, place the balls in the pan and flatten them to the desired thickness.
Fry the hamburger until brown over medium heat. By using a temperature that is not too high, you get a nice crispy layer on the outside of the burger. The burgers are ready in 10 minutes. Remove the burgers from the pan and place them on a plate. If necessary, cover with some aluminum foil to keep them warm.
Put everything on the table. With the garnish that you have cut in advance, everyone can easily make their own burger.
