Cod in Papillotte

A dish that looks special on your plate with a few simple necessities and ingredients and ideal if you want to pay attention to less fat.

This dish is easy to put together.

Turn on the oven to 180 degrees and preheat it.

Take 3 sheets of baking paper and place them next to each other.

Cut the onion into rings, the lemon into slices/strips and the fennel into slices/strips.

First divide the fennel in the middle of the baking paper. Then place the fish on it. Divide the onion and lemon on top. These release moisture, which 'stews' the fish in the package. Top this off with a few sprigs of dill and a tsp of juniper berries.

Fold the short sides of the parchment paper together and roll it tightly down the dish you have wrapped. Tie the ends with kitchen twine.

You can make this dish a day in advance so that you have time for your guests during dinner.

Slide the papillotes in the oven for 20 minutes and the fish will cook together with the ingredients.

Lets eat.
